About

ABOUT OUR NAME
Dovetail Family Practice allows our staff to live out their Christian vocations through a limited volume practice. We promote enduring doctor-patient relationships while taking the time to care for those in need. Our vision is spliced or ‘dovetailed’ to that of Elevate Church. Efficiencies allow us to support the mission of Elevate Church by providing free primary care to uninsured members of our community.

ABOUT OUR PRACTICE MODEL
Dovetail Family Practice is a limited volume ‘micro’ practice, which strives to provide optimal face –to –face time with the doctor. Patient options and access are enhanced through the thoughtful integration of technology. Dovetail Family Practice follows an evidence based approach to all health care decisions building on, and measuring quality with each patient encounter.

ABOUT OUR SPECIALTY
Dovetail Family Practice is family medicine as it was intended: a small primary care practice, providing patients with access and continuity of care, efficient and cost effective service, encouraging patient responsibility for health decisions, and providing collaborative care with specialist physicians. We provide comprehensive primary care to men, women and children of all faiths.
